Q1 2026 was the inflection point. VIP generated 18,624 notes across January, February, and March — more than the entire first year of the platform combined. The network crossed 40,000 all-time notes in March and hit a new monthly record in April. 26 of 27 clinics were active in April, and doctor-only notes surpassed 5,600 in a single month for the first time.
